REQUESTING A QUOTE (Of course, it’s free!)
Include the data format, build size, shape, desired delivery date, and number required.
We’ll send you a quote as soon as possible, based on your specifications.
If you decide to order please confirm the details in the quote along with your order via email.

Data is encrypted with VeriSign 128bit SSL encryption for your security.
Normally we ship in 2 - 3 days from confirmation of your order, however urgent orders can be shipped within 24hrs. In both cases this depends on the content of the order, finishing, number, size, etc.
Make sure that you agree to the expected delivery date contained in the quote before ordering, or contact us to see if we can meet your desired delivery date.
In order to meet your delivery request date, we like to get started on printing your order as soon as possible, rather than wait for payment. We generally allow payments to be made upon delivery.
Payment is by direct debit to our bank account, or by PayPal.
Please transfer payment to the account shown on the invoice.
We are not responsible for any costs incurred by the customer with regard to bank transfers, currency exchange, etc.
Payments are requested in Japanese yen. For orders over 100,000 yen we require payment in advance.
For 3D printing products, there are no cancellation fees up until the time we begin to print the item(s). You are free to cancel without penalty until the printing has begun. (No charges will be incurred for data services necessary to print the item up to that point).
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Because of the nature of the product we do not generally accept requests for refunds or exchanges.
If the request is due to a mistake on our behalf, or due to damage incurred during transit, re-printing of the product or a refund are generally possible. In this case the item must be returned to iJet.
